This cold plate uses two large thermoelectric modules for cooling medium sized heat loads. The high efficiency bonded-fin heat sink keeps the cooler small yet effective. One stainless-steel liquid exchanger can also be attached for cooling of corrosive liquids (please inquire for this option). This cooler is powered by 24 VDC and is compatible with the TC-24-12, TC-24-25, TC-36-25 RS232, and TC-48-20 temperature controllers.
